Dear Jim and Everyone at Eye-Link, Great news! I received my Perkins Blue Electric Brailler this afternoon. I am thrilled withth this machine!
I notified Mr. James Anderson, Perkins Products, telling them that I did not receive a wooden Braille eraser, which was supposed to be included with the Brailler.
There was no inspection test page and some other documentation, and hence, I believe the wooden eraser was accidentally left out when the box was packed.
The machine came with a very nice leather dust cover and thick felt pad to cushion the machine and reduce noise during use.
Thanks so very much again for patiently working with me while we completed this long ordeal in getting a high quality, well functioning, reliable brailler. Eye-Link is great, and I thank both you and SSB for your wonderful, generous service to me and so many others.
